Penumbra Online will be taking a break soon after the end of Stanislaus State's fall semester. In the meantime, our print edition, Penumbra, has opened its call and will be ongoing until February 6th. Penumbra has been Stanislaus State's literary and art journal since 1989, and in the spring semesters, our university offers a class for those interested in producing the journal. Please check out our guidelines and submit to us via Submittable if you'd like to be featured in our print journal!

This fall we ran our call for chapbook submissions between 9/7 - 11/1. Acceptance letters will be sent shortly! Down below you can see the chapbooks created last fall by the Penumbra Press team. If you're interested in submitting, see our "Call for Penumbra Press" page under the "Calls for Content" tab. Please note that submissions must be in PDF form and emailed to penumbra@csustan.edu.

Now available!
